FIT Martial Arts and Physical Fitness strives to provide a safe and healthy environment for you and your children to learn the basic principles and skills of Martial Arts, specifically Taekwondo, and/or physical fitness.


Our core beliefs are centered on the Tenants of Taekwondo:

Our instruction is based on a family oriented approach where each student is treated with kindness, respect, and strong encouragement.  We truly care about each of our students and want each student to experience the joy of success and achievement.


We offer group classes and Private Lessons in the art of Taekwondo, self-defense, and cardio and conditioning training.  Our classes also teach valuable life skills that help to develop concentration, discipline, courtesy, respect, decision making, teamwork, and leadership skills.


We offer classes in Taekwondo for all age groups:



Our Physical Fitness Program consists of cardio and conditioning exercise classes to help with weight loss, toning, and overall body fitness.


Private Lessons are also offered for any of our programs.  Private Lessons are scheduled and priced separately.


We are dedicated to providing the best instruction possible to help you and your children each achieve your specific training goals.
