LITTLE HEROES
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Little Heroes program at FIT Martial Arts is specifically designed for our youngest students aged 4 to 6. We understand that children at this age learn best through play, movement, and positive reinforcement. Our curriculum introduces basic martial arts concepts in a fun, engaging, and safe environment that builds a strong foundation for a lifetime of physical activity and personal development.
Each class is structured to hold the attention of young learners while teaching them valuable life skills. Through age-appropriate activities, games, and exercises, children develop coordination, balance, and spatial awareness — all while having a blast with their peers.
