CHILDREN'S PROGRAM
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Children's Program at FIT Martial Arts is designed for students ages 7 to 12 who are ready to take their martial arts training to the next level. At this age, children have the cognitive and physical development to learn authentic Taekwondo techniques while building character, discipline, and physical fitness that will serve them for life.
Our structured curriculum provides a clear path of progression through belt ranks, giving students tangible goals to work toward. Each class combines technical instruction with physical conditioning, creating well-rounded martial artists who understand both the "how" and the "why" behind every technique.
